Preschool Teacher*

Base K. International Preschool - Morishita Campus (located in Tokiwa, Koto-ku, Tokyo)

Grade/s P2 (2 year olds)
Period August 2018 - June 2019 (Possible renewal depending on appraised work performance and school needs)
Overview

- Plan and implement educational activities for students.

- Monitor the development of students.

- Monitor student welfare.

- Perform student supervisory duties and other general duties as requested.

Notes

- Native English speaker required. Additional skills in Japanese welcome but not required.

- University degree required.

- Experience working with infants essential.

- Candidates with appropriate working visas preferred; however, visa sponsorship available for foreign nationals (if suitably qualified). No tourist visas, please.

- Monthly salary based on prior experience.

- Reimbursement available for commuter expenses to a maximum of 40,000 yen per month.

Overview

- Support with adminstration of the Elementary School and Secondary School divisions.

- Provide translation and/or interpretation support for adminstration, teachers and/or parents.

- Maintain files and records and prepare related documentation.

- Assist with the organization and running of events and activities arranged through the office.

- Perform other duties as requested.

- University degree required.

- Native level Japanese & English fluency required (written and spoken).

- Understanding of IB Programmes an asset.
