KIST Festival 2026 is just a few weeks away! Join us on Saturday, October 24, for a day of food, activities, entertainment, and fun for the whole family.
The festival is open to everyone; however, guests from the general public who are not accompanied by a member of the KIST community will need to register before entering campus.
To save time at the gate, we encourage guests from the general public to pre-register using the link below:

Each non-KIST family should submit one pre-registration form per household. All members of your group should arrive together and enter campus at the same time. Guests who pre-register will receive a QR code by e-mail to scan at the gate for entry on the day. If you experience any technical issues when submitting the pre-registration form, please contact our main office at: info@kist.ed.jp
It will also be possible to register at the gate on the day of the festival, but please be prepared to wait in line.
*KIST families do not need to pre-register. Please remember to bring your KIST parent and student ID cards to show at the gate.

At the festival, there will be many fun attractions! Sample international dishes from our World Food Court, try your luck in the Grand Raffle, test your bravery in the haunted house, and enjoy stage performances by KIST students and staff. There will also be face painting, a costume contest, games, and many more activities to enjoy. And, of course, don't forget your costume!
Please note that car parking is not available on campus, and street parking in the surrounding area is strictly prohibited. We ask all visitors to travel to the festival by public transport.
