KIST will hold an Explanation Day in October for parents interested in finding out more about the school, with a view to applying for admission for their children in the coming year. The day will be divided into two sessions: English in the morning and Japanese in the afternoon, and the main presentation for each session will be further separated into Elementary and Secondary. Administration and teaching staff will be available to answer questions regarding admissions procedures, the school curriculum, progression to universities, and general features of the school. Visitors will also be able to view the school facilities.

Reservations
Please read the following conditions carefully before placing your reservation.
- Reservations are essential and must be made in advance through the online reservation form accessible through the link at the bottom of this page. Those without a confirmed reservation will not be permitted to enter the campus on the day of the event.
- Explanation Day is strictly for parents/guardians only. As seating is limited, please do not bring children (including babies). Families who bring children will not be permitted to enter.
- A maximum of two seats only may be reserved per family.
- Car parking space is not available at KIST. Please use public transport.
- Individual families must make separate reservations. Reservations made on behalf of a group of families are not accepted.
- Please do not make double bookings. If you wish to make any changes to the details you submitted, change the session you attend, or have forgotten whether or not you have reserved a place, please contact us by e-mail.
- After making a reservation, if you are unable to attend, please contact us by e-mail in advance to cancel your reservation. Please provide your reservation number.
- If your reservation is submitted successfully, “Submission completed” will appear on your screen. Details of your reservation will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you indicated on the reservation form. If you cannot locate the message in your inbox, please check your spam and junk mail folders.
- To promote this event in future years, we may take photographs on the day to use in school promotional materials. These will be taken from the side or from behind so that faces are not clearly visible. Submission of a reservation indicates your agreement with this condition.
