The KIST curriculum is strategically designed with one overarching goal: ensuring our students' success in the IB Diploma Programme (DP). To achieve this, we integrate two IB programs with our highly customized Lower Secondary Programme (LSP) and the Edexcel IGCSE program.
Students begin their academic journey in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). They then progress to our LSP, an originally developed curriculum that incorporates Pearson iLowerSecondary content while specifically building the foundational skills needed for the DP. During the subsequent Edexcel IGCSE stage, learning is uniquely adapted so that students not only acquire essential subject knowledge but also master the critical skills required for the IB DP. Through this carefully structured progression, students are fully equipped and prepared to excel as they finally enter the IB Diploma Programme.
